The House

The property is a well equipped four apartment family house, ideal to make you feel at home. All linen and towels are include as is the gas central heating and hot water supplied by a combi boiler. All windows are double glazed. There is a Payphone in the property (normal BT rates apply). Parking is available at the side of the house.

The Lounge

Decorated in a traditional style and furnished with a three piece suite, coffee table (children often use for drawing and board games), nest of tables, corner display cabinet (contains some board games/toys), stereo radio/cassette/CD player, 32" flat screen TV with Freeview, VCR and DVD player. Windows to front and rear with venetian blinds. South facing views to rear gardens an over the the Firth of Forth to North Berwick and Berwick Law.

The Dining Room

Contains a dining table (extendable to seat eight), with six chairs (further two in lounge), a sideboard containing linen, a large selection of crockery and vistor information. There is also a studio couch (able to sleep one adult/two children).

The Entrance Hall

Provide access to the lounge , dining room and stairs to first floor bedrooms. Contains ample supply of caot hooks (nearby radiator aids drying of jackets on the rare occasion they get wet). There is a Payphone and a phone stool/bench.

The Kitchen

Equipped with an electric cooker, a microwave, toaster, coffee filter, electric hand mixer, automatic washing machine and vented tumble drier. A fridge freezer is adjacent to the kitchen door. The fitted kitchen units contain ample supply of everday crockery, glasses, jugs, mixing bowls, pans and cutlery. Kitchen linen is provided. Ironing facilities are available and a clothes line in the garden allows drying/airing in the fresh sea air.

The Upper Hall

At the head of the stairs, provides access to the bedrooms, bathroom and stair to the loft storage area. Traditionally furnished. Fitted with a smoke detector.

The Master Bedroom

A large room containing adouble bed fitted with an electric blanket. There is also a sprung folding bed available. Duvet/linen provided. Bedside cabinets and a dressing table/drawer unit (hairdryer provided) and a large mirror. Built in wardrobe with ample hanging space. Windows to front and rear, with beautiful views over rear garden, the village, harbour and across the Firth of Forth.

The Second Bedroom

Again a good sized room containing a double bed and a single bed, both with electric blankets. Duvets/linen provided. Bedside cabinets, dressing table and wardrobe with ample haging space. Windows to front and rear.

The Bathroom

Fitted and fully tiled modern bathroom with a bath (handles and anti-slip area), over-bath electric shower. Heated towel rail. All towels provided.

The Attic Space

Easy steep stair access for storage of suitcases. Also stores a cot and a high chair.
